Ability to download a certificate of signatures at any point during the document cycle not just at expiry
Some documents do not need 100% signatures to be complete (Investor Majority Consent and Shareholder Resolutions) - signing groups do not work as they have a specific location to sign. The ability to be able to download the certificate at any point during the document lifecycle is critical to be able to prove signatures.
