Send via SMS: redirect the message to a number/email when customer replies
If clients reply to a document sent via SMS, the text message can be redirected to an email or another number.

Yes, this would be super critical. This feature of sending texts and email at the same time helps because it allows us to get around some of the strict spam filters out there. We find that customers are waiting for proposals that have been sent, as if they missed by going into spam.
Another nice feature would be to be able to customize the text message- even adding a NO REPLY would be great
