Flexible Formatting in Quote Builder and UI Notifications When a Formatting Issue and Breaks CRM Sync
We use PandaDoc with HubSpot. Current formatting requirements are very rigid. Would be very helpful and improve readability for our customers if quotes could have simple flexibility such as US date formatting option, forward slash or period for dates instead of strictly hyphens, and commas allowed for numbers.
It would also be very helpful if a simple notification appeared in the UI when there is a sync error. We have had ongoing mysteries with our team that can take 30-45 minutes to track down sometimes because a simple value mismatch has occurred (e.g. a comma used in a number, date not formatted with dashes, etc.) When this happens it breaks the sync with HubSpot. A simple user notification when something is preventing sync would help the end user correct the issue and prevent any breakage.
