I’m flagging a critical labeling error in the product:
Documents that still require the counterparty’s signature are appearing in the “Finalized” tab as "Signed".
By definition, “Finalized” should contain only fully executed documents (all required parties have signed).
Evidence: Ticket #41477261 with screenshots shows items marked “signed” (i.e., only my signature) appearing under Finalized.
Risk: This creates compliance and operational risk, including premature release and misfiling.
