Feature Request: Link PandaDoc Documents to HubSpot Company Records
Allow PandaDoc documents to be associated directly with HubSpot Company records, not only Deal records.
Current Limitation
At the moment, PandaDoc documents can only be linked to HubSpot Deals. This creates friction for teams that manage long-term relationships at the Company level rather than through individual Deals.
Requested Enhancement
Enable PandaDoc documents to be linked to HubSpot Company objects, with the ability to:
Associate documents directly with Company records
View all related PandaDoc documents within the Company timeline
Optionally sync document status and metadata (sent, viewed, signed, value, date) to Company properties
Why This Matters
Many B2B organizations operate with:
Multiple deals per company over time
Long sales cycles or framework agreements
Pre-sales documents, NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and renewals that are not tied to a single deal
Linking documents only to deals makes it difficult to maintain a complete commercial and legal history at the company level.
