Edit Contact Info of a User in the Workspace

There's a current limitation that admins or owners are unable to edit a contact info in the Contact list for users in the workspace. Error: This contact is already a user in your workspace. Ask them to update their own email, or you can create a new contact.

    We ran into this issue when one of our employees had a title change from "onboarding manager" to "senior account executive". We weren't able to update the sender.title variable for that user / contact and the PD support team submitted this feature request for us.

    For anyone reading: It's super annoying, but the only workaround right now is to remove your employee's user, edit the contact, then re-add the user.
