Ability to share templates with specific users, not just workspaces
-Preventing misuse by general users: With approximately 1,000 users in their main workspace, sharing templates at the workspace level means all users would have access. This could lead to general users, such as salespeople, seeing and potentially misusing templates intended for specific teams, like the procurement team.
-Avoiding excessive workspace creation: The client already manages 15 workspaces. Creating new workspaces for small teams (like a two-person procurement team) is not a sustainable solution. It would lead to more complex management and hinder the ability to search for agreements across different workspaces, ultimately creating more work.
