Revert back changes to Waiting for others
Currently, documents under Waiting for others are removed after a certain period of time. Customer would like to revert the changes and keep the documents under the tab.

- The 4-day visibility window is too short for workflows involving multiple signers
- Busy accounting teams need documents to remain visible until all signatures are completed
- The current setup leads to unnecessary searching and increases the risk of missing signatures
