An error occurred while saving the comment When Signer 1 is signing a document with defined signing order, hover text showing Signer 2's info appears on disabled fields; customer requests a way to hide this hover text for privacy.

A customer reported that they are trying to send 200 legal agreements in bulk, and they need each email to feel personalized with the recipient's name. Why this is important:
1. Sending generic, one-size-fits-all emails doesn't feel professional for legal documents.
2. Sending them one by one manually defeats the whole purpose of bulk sending.
When sending important documents like legal agreements, recipients expect a personalized greeting. Being able to use something like [FirstName] in the email message is essential for making bulk sends feel appropriate for that use case.
