One of my CC recipients on several Documents is being sent the initial notification when someone sends out a contract. The CC recipient only needs the final notification with the PDF attachment of the completed contract. The extra unnecessary notifications are creating clutter in their inbox. I also have other users who don’t want the initial email to be sent to the CCs, as there may sometimes be sensitive information for the Signers that the CC recipients don’t need to see.

Our executive signer is getting every single open, view before the document is signed by the other multiple signers. Bombards their email and is useless since they can't sign yet. Please fix this. Executives are not happy.

Having an unsubscribe or opt out link from notifications for the customer would be extremely beneficial, as I believe not having this increases the chance of emails going to the customers junk mail.

Able to customize API notifications even when the silent notification is true or false

Should be able to designate what document is sent to whom upon completion. Example: for our client contracts, the customer should be able to get a complete package. internally, each document sent should have ability to be designated to specific recipients.
this way contract copies can go to one department, account setup forms can go to another, and so forth. -

Have a way to limit how different emails go out to recipients once they get a PandaDoc in the same way we can limit the number of email responses we get--within Settings
