Mandatory Decline Reasons for Better Insights
Currently, when a document is declined in PandaDoc, selecting a decline reason is optional. Making decline reasons required would ensure that every declined document includes clear feedback. This improves data quality and eliminates situations where documents are rejected without context.

Share templates with CLIs across workspaces
Content Library items are not carried over when sharing templates across workspaces. When we share a template to another workspace, the Content Library elements inside that template do not transfer automatically. As a result, we must either (a) manually share each Content Library item or (b) recreate all missing items in the other workspace. This creates additional work and increases the risk of inconsistencies.

It will be extremely time-consuming to utilize Pandadoc without this functionality, if possible at all.
Since we are relying on the Pandadoc API and Embedded Signing to integrate Pandadoc into our platform, we need to fulfill certain business needs. One of those needs is to allow for several users from a given organization the opportunity to sign a document. That means we do not know who from an organization will sign into our platform to make a signature.

Apply one time zone to all workspaces at once.
PandaDoc doesn’t offer a way to change time zones programmatically or in bulk across all workspaces. Each workspace’s time zone still needs to be set manually under Settings. Requesting a feature that would allow to apply one time zone to all workspaces at once which would be especially helpful for organizations managing several workspaces.
