Users' activity: determine the documents to which a Collaborator collaborates
How can an administrator determine the documents to which a collaborator collaborates before deciding to remove the guest license from that user?
I.e. In the near future I foresee that we will reach the top limit of 20 guest license users and I will have to remove a few. However, I can't really identify the best candidates for removal since I can't know (as far as I can tell) when they were added or what documents they were collaborating to (and incidentally the status of such documents).
The only 2 "bad" options I've considered are as follows:

Guest have admin role
Have the ability to have guests with admin roles. Such as an IT account that will not create documents

See the number of downloaded documents
We would like to see the number of downloaded documents on our dashboard for our statistics so that we know which documents have been downloaded and which not.

For the general account expiration settings to apply to all documents/templates, not only to new ones
Current Behavior: Setting an expiration date at the workspace level only applies to newly created documents and templates. To update existing templates, users must go through them manually, one by one.

Lock document functionality for users
Customer has created custom role for sole purpose of restricting what the users can do with documents sent out, but now they realize that once the document is created from the template they created, they have the ability to change the title of the document and even more detrimental, they can remove FIELDS from the document and then completed documents come back with missing and required information. There should be options within Custom Roles that would limit this ability.

Option to specify CSV column separator in Workspace settings
when working with CSVs (importing data set for Bulk Send, or exporting report), it might get quite problematic when working on operating system, where list separator is not comma.
In central European locales, comma "," is used as decimal separator, therefore semicolon ";" is used as a "List separator".
Therefore when exporting or importing CSV from / to Excel, additional file changes or import wizard are needed.Simple workspace global setting to specify CSV Column separator (comma "," or semicolon ";" or tab "\t") may fix many issues.
