Non-editable text block in PDF uploaded via API
Add ability to pass non-editable fields in PDF. This was documented before in https://developers.pandadoc.com/reference/new-document#create-document-from-pdf, as "text" type field in "PDF Field Tag Supported Types", but removed as it was not working. There's no other way to pass non-editable field via PDF upload, and that forces to use templates for such feature, which is inconvenient for end user.

Required field countdown bar in EV2
in EV1 there was a bar at the bottom of the document that showed how many fields were left. It was a beneficial representation as opposed to the current countdown in EV1

Auto Adding Field with Regular Larger Font
It's such a nice feature which PandaDoc can add text fields automatically to uploaded files, however the default font is set to 6, which is way too small for regular documents use. The normal font size for all my documents are 12. Changing the font size individually involves readjusting the size and position of the field so it creates a lot of work. I dropped using this feature because of that. Hope there's a way to adjust this.

Add the option to make the 'Collect Files' content block inaccessible to clients.
This would allow sales teams to upload internal documents (complex costing sheets, setup forms, etc.) that would be accessible in an approval chain but hidden from the end client.
We would upload our excel costing sheets when we create a quote then submit it to our approval team. Then, they could open the excel costing sheet before approving the document. However, once approved, it would be sent and not accessible/visible by the client.

Context menu on pricing table
Trying to get to the context menu for an individual row in a pricing table (shown in attached screenshot) is unreliable and frustrating. The arrow only appears on hover, but not instantly and not every time. I need to click in and out of the row, hover my cursor on and off the field multiple times before I get the arrow to appear. Since this is the only way to access essential features like deleting a row or enabling an optional item, this arrow should be permanently visible, not just sporadically on hover.
