Tab through variables before sending them out to the recipient
We need to tab through variables quickly
Before sending out the document to a client, we need to complete the variables and then send them out. It would be helpful to our workflow to be able to tab through quickly.5 votes -
Dropdown Field w/Fill-In option
It would be great if Dropdown Fields could have a "enter-yourr-own-value" option. Like this:
Favorite Color
- blue
- green
- yellow
- red
- ENTER-YOUR-OWN-VALUE -... so someone could fill in "chartreuse" or whatever their choice is, if it's not included in the suggested options.

Full Document History after clearing fields
If a document was signed then fields are clear, you can no longer see the history or the signed version. Would like to be able to see the full history.

Lock fields when redlining
After we accepted some red line changes, all of the text fields that we had added for people to fill out no longer aligned with the formatting and where they were supposed to be. Is there a way to lock a text field box in line with other text?

Formatting Rules for Variables
Ability to apply capitalization rules within our variables. Example:
The first name starts with a capitalized initial, followed by a normal insertion, and then a capitalized last name.

Autosize aspect ratio of drawn signature to fill size of signature box
When a person signs a document and they choose to digitally draw their signature in the box (versus type and use the default font), the resulting image does not auto-size to fit the size of the signature box. It comes out so small it doesn't even look like a signature. In speaking with PD support, it was recommended to me to make the size of the signature box extra large so that when someone chooses to digitally draw their signature, it will come out a little larger.
