    You could replicate the radio button feature but allow for multiple selections for "select all that apply" scenarios.

  3. Use role variables to auto-populate information on the document but exclude the recipient from the document

    I was wondering if I could create a document and not send it to all the parties? I have created a template with variables for Clinic, Sonographer and Recruiter. I want to be able to send it out so only the recruiter and sonographer can see it, sign it and return it. is that possible? Ideally i want to use the contact details for the clinic but not include them in the email trails / let them view the documents.
