Expiration date: sales contract, should have option to default set at months end or just a few days before
When sending out an contract you now have the option to select nummer of days valid.
more logical would be a good list like
[ ] days before end of month
[ ] days before end of next month
[ ] days before end of this quarterOr more simple

Ability to change workspaces within Zoom/PandaDoc App.
This would be extremely helpful for those that are sharing items from multiple workspaces that require signature.
Ex:
New hire completing documents for HR then IT.
CSM sharing an engagement event deck in CS and then having a client sign a renewal offer in Sales Engagement.2 votes -
Pop up notification for admin for all users
Would like to have the capability of an admin to notify all users of announcements.
Example: Now that contract negotiations is available, she has 46 users that need to be aware of this feature.
Rather than sending a group email, there could be an option in application to send a pop-up notification to all users sharing the feature and include articles.2 votes -

Ability to prevent workspace users from adding, moving, or deleting fillable fields during document creation
Since the recent changes, our workspace users are now able to add, delete and move fillable fields when sending templates. They CANNOT be allowed to do this. It creates major problems including potential legal issues. We need to be able to turn off/remove this option for our users.
rephrasing: As an Enterprise admin, I need to prevent my workspace users (non-admin members) from adding, moving, or deleting fillable fields when creating documents from shared templates. Do not wipe unaccepted text suggestions when toggling to Edit Mode.
There is a major friction point when collaborating on a document and toggling between "Suggesting Mode" and "Editing Mode".
Currently, if a user makes several text suggestions in Suggesting Mode, but then needs to toggle into Edit Mode to make a structural change (such as adding a row to a table or adding a dependency), all prior unaccepted suggestions in the document are completely lost and wiped out.
Because suggestions are treated as temporary overlays, structural edits force a document re-render that deletes previous work. This forces users to either completely redo their suggestions or completely abandon Suggesting Mode in…

Add a due date for signature
I use PandaDoc to share forms that require partner signatures before I can submit it. A due date for the partner's signature, with the ability to send auto reminders if it's not signed within 24 hours of the due date, would be really helpful.

Create another Role like the Manager without the ability to add new users.
We need users to be able to look at all docs. within the workspace, but we need governance around new users.
