  1. We would like a way or a solution to route form submissions (that are embedded on a website) to different company supervisors based on a user selection (dropdown) so that they can get sent the unique session link individually. Trying to create this functionality all within the same form rather than multiple forms with multiple different approval groups.

  2. Moving/nudging form fields is too kludgy. This results in radio buttons and check boxes not aligning correctly with the underlying document. The end result is a document that lacks professional appearance and shows our customers that we lack attention to detail.

  15. Federal Tax ID field, with the validation for that and social security number boxes. For date of birth validation for certain years, for business start date custom dates in the past, and for the second contact card, not all businesses have two owners so it would be nice if there was already a contact preset. to not have the second contact preset being required unless there's info that's input to validate that there needs to be a required email there. and fields for currency that validate that as well.

  18. We had this feature in DocuSign powerforms, and it was extremely helpful. We need the ability to append the name of the first recipient in the subject line of the email that goes out. For example: "Sample Subject line [FirstName LastName]. "

    Maybe this is already possible with variables? When an office gets lots of submissions via PandaDoc forms, and they all have the same subject line, it's hard to differentiate them.

  20. To be able to transfer data from one form ( Form1) to another form (Form2) automatically, for example:
    I want to send someone our "Intake Form" (lets call it Form 1). THEN I want to take the information from Form 1 and input it into a new form (Form 2). THEN I want to send that new form (Form 2) and send it to get signed by the client.
