Right now, you can only remove an approver on a template or draft document level. Provide a tool that can bulk remove an approver from all template or draft document that they are an approver on.

Highlight sections of the template that are in need of approval
Currently, users can set up approval rules on templates based on quote fields (e.g., discounts applied to items). However, it’s not visually clear on the quote which sections are subject to these rules.
It would be great if sections requiring approval - when the conditions of the approval rules are met - were automatically highlighted so the approver can easily see what to focus on. For example, if any item in a section receives a discount that triggers an approval rule, that section should be visually highlighted.
This would allow approvers to quickly identify which parts of the quote require…

Manage Approval Groups Centrally
Please make it possible to manage approval groups from a central location.
We have 50 templates that have the same approval group. If an approver needs to be added or removed, you need to enter each template, and amend individually the approver groups.
It would be ideal to be able to simply apply an approver group per template or folder of templates.

Automatically Send PDF Copy to Approvers After Internal Document Approval
Currently, a PDF copy of a document is only generated after full completion by all parties. It would be great to enable PDF generation after a document is approved by an internal approver.
