Rooms tasks linked with document status
It would be great if the tasks in the Rooms are able to link with documents. When documents get signed, or payments are made.

Presentation via PowerPoint in Rooms / Ability to Pre select docs to show in the rooms and Sharing Rooms into other Workspaces
Since we have rooms to be used for customers and clients as some sort of a Data Base management storage for all needed documents, video training, and links. It would be beneficial also to incorporate the following:
- Use of PowerPoint to be a part of Presentation in Rooms
- Share Rooms across Worksapces
- Ability to Pre-selecting docs to show in the rooms (For Client visibility)

Rooms - add documents from all workspaces or ability to switch workspaces within a room to import a document to the active workspace
Rooms - add documents from all workspaces or ability to switch workspaces within a room to import a document from another workspace into the active workspace
