Rooms being sorted by name of room
Rooms can not be sorted by the name of the room itself, aka alphabetically, or by date without knowing something about the room. If I want to search by date I need to input dates instead of sorting all available rooms by date/name.
Or just a basic sort function toolbar instead of the in depth one available for the "date" search that is there. By this I mean a dropdown menu similar to most sites that have lists, so I can sort all the rooms by date, name, etc.

Add Column Width Controls - Names of Rooms and Docs Are Hidden
When viewing your list of rooms or documents, a smaller page width due to browser window size collapses the name of the Room, which is the most important info. Add column resize controls or code a different column to respond to browser page width.

Restrict members of the Room from downloading documents
The ability to restrict members who will come into the Room from downloading the documents attached instead of going to the document itself and restricting from there.

It would be great if the tasks in the Rooms are able to link with documents. When documents get signed, or payments are made.

Presentation via PowerPoint in Rooms / Ability to Pre select docs to show in the rooms and Sharing Rooms into other Workspaces
Since we have rooms to be used for customers and clients as some sort of a Data Base management storage for all needed documents, video training, and links. It would be beneficial also to incorporate the following:
- Use of PowerPoint to be a part of Presentation in Rooms
- Share Rooms across Worksapces
- Ability to Pre-selecting docs to show in the rooms (For Client visibility)

Rooms - add documents from all workspaces or ability to switch workspaces within a room to import a document to the active workspace
