Hi. We aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. Please keep upvoting this idea so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap.

Hello,
Thank you for reaching out and sharing your feedback. While we currently don’t offer this feature, there are a few alternatives that exist to help achieve the desired result:
- Create a document from the desired template and use that document to create a Form (workaround for this is in the comments)
- When clicking 'Create form', choose the desired template

Good news: we have already implemented this feature within External Automations (PandaDoc to external platforms recipes like CRMs, HR, and storage tools): This feature is available as a paid add-on for Business plan ($39 per month per account/ $468 per year per account) and is included in Enterprise plan. It's now ready for Early Access. If you'd like to test it, reach out to our support team and share this message with them.

Hello, we need to create 4 new roles for our system. we currently have 125 employees using PandaDoc. The reason why we need to create these 4 new roles is to limit access to Rooms. after these roles are created we will need to go into each of our workspaces and edit each person and their level access. Is there a way to do a batch upload?
