Hi there!
Thank you so much for reaching out and sharing your idea. There is already a way to reach the same result. What you would need to do is edit the document and then share via link to avoid re-sending emails. All original recipient links should still be available to all recipients if no one has signed the document. However, if someone has signed already, PandaDoc clears the signatures as it would be illegal to modify the content without resetting the signature. We hope this work around helps you!

An error occurred while saving the comment Right now, when a recipient is moving through a document, the yellow arrow will skip over fields that are not required. This request is for that yellow arrow to not skip over the optional fields.

Hi. We aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. Please keep upvoting this idea so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap.

An error occurred while saving the comment To be more specific -- certain columns allow for editing of the alignment of the information, and others do not. It can make the pricing table look unorganized.

An error occurred while saving the comment To be more specific -- for someone who is not on the PandaDoc account and is not a recipient on the document. Right now, the document cannot be downloaded while in suggest edits mode -- until the suggested edits are taken care of.

An error occurred while saving the comment To be more specific -- with radio buttons and the initial/signature fields. If the recipient clicks one of the options (A, B, C, etc) it will require their initials.
An error occurred while saving the comment For example, if the customer chooses option A or B or C in a drop-down, then there is a condition out of that.

Hi there! Thank you for your feature request submitted to PandaDoc! We do appreciate it! Currency variable formatting is now based on the recipient view locale. Custom money variables will pass to the document without a currency symbol and formatting. An error occurred while saving the comment There are formatting changes in paragraph numbering, bullets, and sometimes graphics and images as well that are lost when uploading a docx file as editable in PandaDoc.

Right now -- attachments have to be downloaded separately and not with the PDF or docx download.
