Pass currency formats from Salesforce
When you pass a price, it's format should be passed too

Hi there! Thank you for your feature request submitted to PandaDoc! We do appreciate it! Currency variable formatting is now based on the recipient view locale. Custom money variables will pass to the document without a currency symbol and formatting. Set or pull currency (for documents created via CRM integrations) symbols for the text column in the pricing table.

Ditto to what Halyna posted, PD quotes need to show variables exactly as they are in Salesforce with dollar sign, comma for thousands, period and then cents.
Example: $4,550.00 - not 4550 -

export numbers from Salesforce to PD as they are, with dots, currency signs etc, not only blank numbers
