Hi. We aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. Please keep upvoting this idea so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap.

Make the ability to scroll sideways while viewing a document in the app unavailable. This makes it hard for the recipient to scroll through the document.

Be able to add a tooltip with more information for your signers on fields in the document. Currently only seen on Volume Discount items in a pricing table.

Hi there! Thank you for taking the time to leave your request. Unfortunately this feature does not exist natively, however there is a workaround to obtain the necessary download. Please submit a ticket to the Support Team to export all documents (or completed+paid) with the files uploaded into collect files field.

In a SalesForce Opportunity, the current character count limitation to transfer one token over to one field is 10,000. In my customer's case, they have a very long list that goes past this character limitation (Approx. 12,470 characters). When they create a document from the Opportunity, an "Oops" error shows, stopping them from being able to create the document with the list/token needing to be transferred from the Opportunity.
While this is not a frequent case, it slows down our customer's workflow and they must copy and paste the list into their documents manually, instead of having it transfer to the field on document creation. Would like to see this character limitation expanded to a higher count.
