Hi. Thank you so much for reaching out about this and sharing your perspective. While we currently don’t offer this feature, we are planning on offering something similar to it in the near future. We can’t give you the exact timeline of when it will be ready, but we can tell you that it’s already in the works and we’ll have it available in one of our upcoming releases.
We will be communicating it through our product newsletter and via alerts inside PandaDoc. -

An error occurred while saving the comment desktop version all fields are automatic once the recipient email is entered. The app does not behave this way. You are stating once the recipient email has been entered in the app, I have to manually assign all fields to the same email,

An error occurred while saving the comment I want to work with one of my forms and make it so that when the client selects a name of my leasing agents from a dropdown list that it adds them to the document as one of the signers instead of sending it direct to my account. I want the leasing agents to be able to sign the document and fill in the fields without logging in to my account.

Ability to assign an approver to an entire room, rather than to individual documents. They would like to have a team member draw up the documents, add to a room, and then once all 7 documents are ready for review, send an email to the manager, who can then review and send the room to the client. They would prefer the notifications to be applied to only the whole room, and not individual emails for each document. And ability to assign an approver to a regular folder?
