Hey Product Team! The fact that this feature has been requested for more than a year now and it still being not planned is worrisome. The workaround mentioned below is not applicable anymore. For companies scaling up it's critical to separate documents for different departments while also referencing already signed documents. I seriously hope that you reconsider this feature and deprioritize less important features like organising the side bar, which brings little value.

Great news – Schedule send is now live! You can schedule a document to be sent at a future date and time, and PandaDoc will deliver it exactly when you chose.
We're rolling it out gradually, so you might not see it in your account just yet. If you'd like access right away, reach out to our support team and we'll enable it for you. It's currently available on the Business plan, with rollout to all plans on the way.

super depressing to see that this feature has been heavily voted and mentioned as critical, is a standard feature for a lot of apps, and Pandadoc still hasn't implemented it for more than 4 yrs...I don't know what kind of roadmap do you have (or if you even have one), because I've been using Pandadoc daily since 2021 and there hasn't been a single new feature released (or at least nothing useful for me).

super depressing to read that this feature is yet not considered for the roadmap, when ideas with less than 100 votes are being evaluated and added.
