Time zone of every date related to any document/verification should be according to the time zone in our settings.

Great news! We're updating our platform to let you easily format data passed from your CRM right in PandaDoc. We're now working on a UX that will allow data formatting and normalization right on the UI (in addition to standard hardcoded rules on the backend). Stay tuned for a smoother, more intuitive experience!

The ability to export content from fillable fields and upload or transfer to another document - and/or to CRM - is a critical for productivity as well as accuracy (reduced errors). I would think it should be possible - and the proviso should be that the fillable field has the same name as a variable used in other document/s and CRM.

This feature would be awesome - for variables that are empty (as we don't yet have the information in the CRM to merge into the variable) and for variables than need updating with new/current information.

Hi there! Thank you for taking the time to leave your request. Unfortunately this feature does not exist natively, however there is a workaround to obtain the necessary download. Please submit a ticket to the Support Team to export all documents (or completed+paid) with the files uploaded into collect files field.

This is critical for us. We bulk send ongoing fee consent agreements and the information from merged data includes private details that should be protected by recipient verification before opening the document.

This is critical for us. As Financial Advisers, we are expected to have high levels of cyber security and to educate our clients on risks of responding to unknown emails, SMS and social media requests (or requests that are potentially impersonating our business and are actually cyber criminals). The verification text does not mention our company at all - only PandaDoc - and comes from TWVerify. This is too much to ask of clients to feel secure about two names that that they are not familiar with ... and we are experiencing many of them not trusting the verification SMS (or ignoring/deleting it before realising it is connected with our business/document).

This is critical to comply with Cyber Security risk mitigation requirements. Because PandaDoc does not currently provide a setting that it is mandatory, we cannot "tick the box" that all of our systems have mandatory 2FA/MFA for both logins and sharing documents.
The SMS verification functionality is also inconsistent for creating documents. Creating a new document includes a 'key' (with a handy red dot if phone number does not exist) for each selected recipient that automates the process. Creating a document from a template, does not include this same "key" for each selected recipient.
If the "Add Document Recipients" pop-up works the same for ALL methods of creating documents, this would be acceptable.
