  7. Global Settings: disable pdf download for entire account / Ability to disable the 'Download document' for recipients on the account level

    For global settings, give admins the ability to set whether pdf downloads are enabled or disabled at the organization level or at the template level. For example, our organization would like to disable downloads by default. Currently all users have to select this at the document level before sending to a user.
