Lock document functionality for users
Customer has created custom role for sole purpose of restricting what the users can do with documents sent out, but now they realize that once the document is created from the template they created, they have the ability to change the title of the document and even more detrimental, they can remove FIELDS from the document and then completed documents come back with missing and required information. There should be options within Custom Roles that would limit this ability.

Save all shared templates to different workspace in bulk
You can share entire folders to a different workspace, but you can't save the entire folder to the new workspace. You have to save each individual file within the folder. Please enable users to save folders to new workspace.

Email Notification for document senders about upcoming expiration of a document / Email notification to the sender when a document expires
Requesting an email notification for document senders that mirrors the one that recipients receive, when documents are close to expiring and when they do expire.

We aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. Please keep upvoting this idea so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap.

Add another brand within the same workspace
It would be a useful feature to add multiple brands within the Branding Settings in the same workspace. Currently there is only the option to set up one brand.

Admin Panel: Roles - Show which workspaces utilize the Custom Roles
Would be very helpful if you're having to change multiple users roles to be able to see all the workspaces that utilize that custom role

Delete a role and related fields at the time of document creation. If the role is deleted, it may assign the remaining fields to an assigned role.

Archive Contacts
Also is there an Archive feature on Contacts in PandaDoc? I dont want to delete old contacts in PandaDoc as i want them to still be linked with their documents but archive would be helpful to keep the list clean.

Right now the user list is ordered by account owner and role. It would be preferred if users could choose the order themselves (alphabetical, by role, by addition to workspace, etc)
