For example, if you sent the document to the recipient and then sent another - have the option in PandaDoc to recognise it is being sent to this particular client and categorise them into the same folder.

Bulk download documents: Don't save folder structure
In case you download several documents from different folders, the zip file contains folder and subfolders (subfolders are named as folders where documents are located). Add an option to avoid subfolders and download everything in one folder.

Unassigned option on Owner filter
Be able to find documents that once belonged to a user that has been removed from the Workspace. This would make is easy to find and transfer ownership of documents that no longer have an owner.
