  6. Create to Draft to Sent Success Metric

    Ideally would like to track a new metric:
    - the time between all internal sales cycle of SOW development, so from the creation of a doc from the SA to the time it gets flipped to the AE to work, to the review time and time it takes for it to get sent. So drilling down on what components happen before the create to send metric we already track.
