Default drop down lists for states
Add the option to import or select a default dropdown item list. As an example have a template for state as a drop down item. Instead of having to add every state manually as a drop down item having a template list that can be added when the drop down field is added to a form\document.

Update variables in smart content
It will be useful if we can have more customizable smart content with the variables which can be automatically pulled on the document level as well as it's working with the templates or CRMs auto-population.
It is quite difficult to use a template for a separate client if the custom variable value should be changed.6 votes -
Ability to type in a date field
It would be a great idea to have an typeable as well as selectable date control where by user can type the date rather then current select a date(s) by clicking.
It is difficult to select lets say 01/01/1985. One has to select right year, followed by month and date.

Ability to limit the future dating range
A feature that can limit the future date range in the "Available dates" of a date field that the signer can select?
For example, we don't want them signing today (Aug 2025) for a start date too far in the future (e.g. January 2026).
We might not be able to maintain/honor our current pricing that far in advance.

Pricing table/Quote builder: Populate the name of the product selected by the recipient into a variable
Wanting the name of the product chosen to populate as a variable - This is critical for us as we use sections in quotes to allow us to offer different subscription bundles with add ons at different discounts. Using customized selections for sections in the quote table they are able to do this, but then in the Terms of Service/Agreement Details, I need to populate the name of their selection. We can currently use a variable to show the total based on their selection but we need to show the name too.
5 votesHi. We aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. Please keep upvoting this idea so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap.

Autosize aspect ratio of drawn signature to fill size of signature box
When a person signs a document and they choose to digitally draw their signature in the box (versus type and use the default font), the resulting image does not auto-size to fit the size of the signature box. It comes out so small it doesn't even look like a signature. In speaking with PD support, it was recommended to me to make the size of the signature box extra large so that when someone chooses to digitally draw their signature, it will come out a little larger. Option to allow a recipient to edit fillable fields of another recipient. For example, the sales rep is signer 1, client is signer 2, the sales rep prefills the contract but typos the clients business name, I want the client (signer 2) to be able to review and correct.
