  1. It's very unfortunate that there is no simple way to create a proposal, share it with a client, edit it, and then pull it into a contract. I've been given two "workarounds" but document software like this shouldn't need a workaround, it should be a major component of the product offering.

  4. For example, for recipients who prefer to print out a PDF of a document to read it on paper, it is hard to read the description for items in a pricing table when the text is greyed out because the optional item feature is enabled for the pricing table.

  6. If you're working on a Document and click an item from the menu (e.g. Content Library, Templates, Catalogue) it opens up in the same window. When you need to go back to working on your Document , you need to navigate back to it through the menu. There's a work around by manually coping the link, opening a tab and the pasting it. It would be great if a new window/tab opens whenever you click on an item from the menu.

  7. So like in photoshop, when you hold shift it locks it on the horizontal axis or the vertical axis, so this would help massively when trying to align a check box with two different points. As when your trying to align a check box or any other box it goes a bit crazy with the snapping, it would make it cleaner and much more accurate to align multiple boxes.

  12. The client would like to make the first and last names required when creating or adding new contacts, as the only currently required field is the Email Address. This change would help avoid displaying the email address in signatures instead of names.

  13. Hello, I would like to suggest moving the document numbering (sequencing) to enable easier access to the feature.

    Now, I have to go:

    1. Document info
    2. Settings
    3. Document sequence
    4. Click on dropdown
    5. Choose a sequence
    6. Click apply

    We adopted sequencing as contracts numbering, so it goes through 99% of our documents, and it's way too many steps to take for such a repetitive feature.

    IMHO, it can be moved and added:
    (i) as an optional choice on the document creation screen under "Add document recipients" section,
    (ii) next to "Updated X minutes ago" in the top menu of the document, or…

  17. Once a document is created from Salesforce (iFrame) the help menu does not exist. It'd be helpful to have a help menu for a single pane of glass experience for the end user. This would also reduce incoming tickets to support as the chat menu would provide instant answers. Additionally, giving them access to the articles allows for a self service support environment.

  18. I don't use 99% of the integrations available in workflows. It would be very helpful if a filter tool on the left side of the "Create a workflow" screen allowed me to choose which integrations I want to see workflows for. That way, I don't have to search for exactly what I want. A crude UI/UX example is attached.

  20. If a recipient's email is typed incorrectly, having the ability to update the email address is a great feature that already exists. The label "Change Signer" could be more clear with the label "Change signer or update email".
