Decline document automatically if the quote in Dynamics 365 is closed
We use Pandadoc integrated with Dynamics 365 and when we send a quote to a customer and the customer wants another option of the quote and finally goes on with the new option, the pandadoc we sent for the first quote is still open and either has to be denied by the customer or the sales team internally. Please let us know if pandadoc can automatically close a pandadoc document when the associated quote is closed or revised. Also, we are using uploading PDF document into pandadoc to send the customer.

Automation: Data fields will automatically be sorted out based on the fields in the document
Automate data field completion to avoid filling it manually each time—perhaps by pulling information from document fields or variables, or by selecting them once for a specific contract template and applying them automatically thereafter.

Move Completed document to a folder based on "name contains" value
There is currently an automation to send certain templates to different folders upon completion, but I would like to have a rule that allows us to set a "name contains" value and based on that criteria, send it to the corresponding folder.

I would like to move a document from one folder to another folder based on the date. I would like to use this when a date field of the document equals today's date, then move the document from one folder to another.

Fields automatically filling in from information from the quote builder
Whenever a preset item is selected using the quote builder, information within the quote builder is automatically copied into the correct fields, which are linked manually within the template.
This would stop the user having to manually enter this same information into fields which takes time and more opportunity to make a mistake.

Add the status: "Expired" and "Viewed" to the automation: Move the document to a PandaDoc folder when PandaDoc document status changed
Currently there are no status change to "Expired" and "Viewed" as trigger events, adding these 2 events would be necessary

Allow a copy of all completed agreements to store externally without template requirement (GDrive). This is particularly helpful as we have 30+ templates whereby 1 rule needs to be added for external saving of the agreements (Regulatory requirement). We face the issue if a template is created and the automation isn't saved then the agreement will not be stored externally.

When a customer pays a% deposit on a proposal, I'd like to automatically create a draft of an invoice with the balance due
When a customer pays a percentage of a total amount using the pricing tables (i.e. a 50% deposit when signing a proposal), I'd like the system to automatically create a draft of an invoice for the balance due that I can send at a later date. Or, some other mechanism of easily collecting the remaining 50% due.

Increase File Size for Automation w/SFDC
Current size limit for automation of completed files to auto save in SFDC is 12MB. This causes problems for customers with larger files to upload. ONLY option is to manually upload into SFDC.

Move to Folder Automation--Need more options & ability to edit
The way the "move to folder" automation is set up currently, you have to create a new automation for every individual template--and you have to create a separate automation for each document status. This means that if you have 20 templates, you're creating 40 individual automations with no way to edit the automation after creation (so if one if created for the wrong template, you have to delete it and start over) and no way to duplicate an automation to speed up the process.
Additionally, it would be more helpful to not have the automation tied to the template in…

upload documents to specific Site on SharePoint
Currently the automation to upload a document to SharePoint only allows you to save to the home site. We want to save to a specific site's document location.

- Select Connect account during the Automations setup.
- In the Authorization window, scroll to Site name.
- Add the name of the SharePoint site you want to connect to. If left blank, Workato will connect to your default home site.
- Use the site name as found in the URL of the site page. For example, if the URL is https://company-name.sharepoint.com/sites/product, use product.

Automatically Move a Document to a Specified Folder Based on Specific Field Criteria
The ability to have an automation trigger an action or actions when a specific field or fields meet the selected criteria. Here is an example:
A document which has two required signatures (client and sales) among other data but most importantly, a field that has a drop down for length of contract terms - 12M, 24M, and 36M. Once the document is digitally signed by both parties, it is moved to a specific folder based on the selection chosen for length of contract terms (e.g. 12M terms gets moved to a folder labeled 12M, etc).
