  1. The way the "move to folder" automation is set up currently, you have to create a new automation for every individual template--and you have to create a separate automation for each document status. This means that if you have 20 templates, you're creating 40 individual automations with no way to edit the automation after creation (so if one if created for the wrong template, you have to delete it and start over) and no way to duplicate an automation to speed up the process.

    Hi,

    Thank you for taking the time to leave your request. We have great news – the option you are looking for already exists. For more information, please follow the steps below:

    1. Select Connect account during the Automations setup.
    2. In the Authorization window, scroll to Site name.
    3. Add the name of the SharePoint site you want to connect to. If left blank, Workato will connect to your default home site.
    4. Use the site name as found in the URL of the site page. For example, if the URL is https://company-name.sharepoint.com/sites/product, use product.
  3. The ability to have an automation trigger an action or actions when a specific field or fields meet the selected criteria. Here is an example:

    A document which has two required signatures (client and sales) among other data but most importantly, a field that has a drop down for length of contract terms - 12M, 24M, and 36M. Once the document is digitally signed by both parties, it is moved to a specific folder based on the selection chosen for length of contract terms (e.g. 12M terms gets moved to a folder labeled 12M, etc).

  10. Ability to update a field on the linked Dynamics entity(table) when the document status changes in PD. This is similar to the existing automations which update the Quote and Opportunity Stage in Dynamics. But this would work with any Dynamics table that is mapped to PD.

    The automation should either provide the ability to specify the Dynamics field to be updated, or it could use a hardcoded field (e.g. pd_docstatus) which would be added to the Dynamics table.

    The PandaDoc iframe in Dyanmics is great, but it requires users to manually monitor and respond to the PD status. This automation…

  12. At this point, we are able to update products for MS Dynamics opportunity, once changes are made to the products in the pricing table and the status of the document is changed. Would be great to implement the same for QB.

  19. Would like to be able to fields from within the PandaDoc to create a new customer in Chargebee once the document is completed. Once the customer exists, we can then obtain a URL to obtain their payment method which should be able to become the redirect URL.

    Ultimately, I would love to be able to also create an invoice in Chargebee for the amount of the payment table (implementation fee for us) and collect the payment in the moment.
