Approval on text/content blocks on an order form/contract
When certain items in an order form have been changed (for example governing law, payment terms, etc), there is no approval triggered. As a result of this, legal has to review the entire order form all the time. If would be very beneficial when you could trigger an approval workflow when certain text or content is changed. For example, when the payment term is changed from the default (or default options in a dropdown), the approval workflow for approval by Finance is automatically required.

Lock down / restrict document editing after approval
Once a document is approved, lock down ability to edit the document before sending to the client.

Changing background colors based on what stage you are in (template vs document creation vs approving vs signing)
It's easy to get confused as to which section you are in the document process (template vs document creation vs approving vs signing). I think this could be fixed by having a different background color or other differentiation for the pages other than the item location in the top left corner.

Approver can reject the document and then the previous recipients adjust the document to get approve again
the below shows an example
Recipient A: fill in the price
Recipient B: fill in the remark

Ability to sign with approved certificate
I have a question: If one of the signers needs to sign with his approved certificate, is it possible toload one for a signer in Pandadoc? a signer has a statury position, it means that he has a legal responsibilty. He has a certificate provided to him by an approved authorization company. So he needs to sign with this certificate and it need to be shown inside the document

Remove deactivated users from approval workflow automatically
Right now, when a user is removed from a workspace, that user is not removed from an approval workflow. An error message is received and the approval workflow can't be updated until the deactivated user is removed from the approval workflow. If that user is in a lot of approval workflows, it will be monotonous to remove the deactivated user from all of the approval workflows.

To be able to report on document rejection stats, examples:
-which templates are being rejected
-which creator
-which approval step is it rejected at
-how many times is the document rejected before approvedAnd somewhere to view the rejection comments

If a document is updated that the approval workflow should go to who is on it currently not when it was originally submitted in the event there have been users added who can/should approve.

Expand scope of condition for approvals beyond document value etc
Expand scope of condition for approvals beyond document value, quote or pricing.
For users who works with wordy contracts lacking in pricing tables or quotes, it would be nice to see new approval conditions which extend beyond the current selection where the conditions can be for example edits to select clauses such as limitation of liability, indemnity etc

Include Template when sent for Approval
Our Customer Success team must approve contracts as our SaaS solution is customized to our customers needs. We would love the ability to automatically include a template when contracts are sent for approval. This will allow the Sales Rep to include relevant Customer Success details so the CS team can approve without looking through the contract.

Add a custom message when sending approval
require a message when someone sends for approval. This would be a really helpful feature to our team and save a lot of time as we need folks to explain why they are giving a discount before approving.
