Reporting: Document Analytics by Approver
We have a list of people who approve documents, but we want to be able to see the data on the approvers.
For example: We a team made up of 4 people who are approvers, everyone works together to approve these documents.
We want to be able to have a breakdown of the 4 approvers, and how many approvals they made each month.
This will help us in a variety of ways, but also to make sure that we are spreading work evenly to each team member.
We also have monthly meetings and provide an update to the team on…

Auto delegate Signatures & Approvals
Ability to auto delegate any approvals or signatures to another user, for instance whilst I am on annual leave, rather than having to amend all template approval groups, role defaults in place for all templates.

Role for Recipient Approver
Have a role for the recipient to be setup as the Approver. This way we will be able to send the document to an approver on the recipient side, and then allow the approver to forward the document to a different recipient who can sign on behalf of the recipient.

Approvers outside of PandaDoc
Approvers should be like signers, so that they do not take up a license in the system. In this case this approver/director is outside of the HR department and should only have access to the documents that are sent to them. It would be preferred if they did not have to log into the system to approve a document. Hope this make sense.

Document approval defaults for all documents
I want 100% of the document going out to be approved.
I have salespeople who create their own stuff and send them without approval. Having an approval system across all documents would help make sure all that goes out is as it should be.8 votes -
Approval workflow based on workspaces
It would be great to be able to create approval workflows connected to Workspaces, instead of a template.
This would mean that documents that are received and uploaded into PandaDoc, could still go through this approval workflow. Supplier contracts, for example.

Trigger Approvals based on if a section is edited
Have the ability to say, "if this section (pricing table, text, page, etc.) is edited, then this document should go off for manager approval". The user should be warned when clicking into one of these sections that any edits will trigger an approval.

Room Level approval workflow
Since we have a Room which allows us to create a secure collaboration space. It will be benefecial to have a general Approval Workflow process within the room before publishing

Add Approval Workflow to Document In Draft Form (currently, can only do in a template)
Current process:
- Create a new template OR create a template from an existing document and then polish it up
- Create document
- Realize there is no approval workflow
- Convert to template
- Add workflow to template
- Create document
- Delete document that was originally created in Step 2
As long as it is in draft form, it seems like I should be able to add an Approval Flow regardless of it being a template or document.

Hi Team ,
Kindly add audit history to every document & every template .
So visibility will increase who updated approval workflow & who updated approver name in the template & document .it will useful to trace logs of any document & template .

Showing changes in documents requiring approval
Highlight changes for approvers - this will be a quality of life update for most customers. They would be able to quickly see what has been changed on a document in order to move through an approval workflow that much faster.

Dynamic conditional approval according to roles
Possibility of adding a dynamic condiitonal approval according to roles, i.e the document can be approved by an employee and their line manager, a different employee and their particular line manager
