Copper: Search for part of an opportunity name when linking a document
PandaDoc does not support searching for parts of the name, but this would be a useful feature. When searching for a deal, the Copper Integration needs you to put the full deal name to locate it.

Open the template that is stored in a custom field on the Quote record in Salesforce, instead of manually choosing a template
We have multiple PandaDoc templates, and the correct template ID is stored in a custom field on the Quote record in Salesforce. When a user clicks our "Send with PandaDoc" button, we want PandaDoc to open directly with that specific template, without requiring the user to manually choose from the template list.

Support for Encrypted Fields in Salesforce Integration
- Allow encrypted fields to be available in Configure Tokens for mapping in PandaDoc.
- Support both reading data from and writing data to encrypted fields through the integration.

Prevent documents from automatically linking to opportunities when they are created from Salesforce.
Currently, when documents are created in a Salesforce opportunity, they are automatically linked to the opportunity and shown within the opportunity. We would like to remove this.

Ability to import products not associated with the Salesforce Opportunity
Currently, the products must be associated with the Salesforce opportunity in order to pull them to the document. It would be nice to be able to pull products that are not associated with the Salesforce Opportunity

Support Polymorhic Relations for Lookup Field in Salesforce
At this point, if lookup field in Salesforce refers to 2 objects at the same time, we are not creating objects under PandaDoc setup to pass variables.

requests ability to set starting invoice number in Quickbooks
Hey there, we have a problem where your QuickBooks integration is creating invoices with invoice numbers that are overlapping other invoices. We were wondering if your integration allows us to say what number invoice it starts at. If we can't, this is an integration that really does not work for us, and we may have to find a different tool to do the job.

Ability to enforce workflows by removing the “Create Document” button in PandaDoc CPQ - HubSpot
Currently, when using PandaDoc CPQ within HubSpot, the workflow feature allows users to create a document automatically as part of a defined workflow. However, there is also a separate “Create Document” button that allows team members to bypass the workflow entirely. Add an option to disable/remove or hide the “Create Document” button, so that all document creation must go through the designated workflow.

re-sync or webhook replay feature
PandaDoc has a Feature where all completed Docs are attached to SF, however, when SF package are not updated. There comes a time when completed docs are not attached to SF.
It would be good to have a supporting feature that would re-sync all completed docs not attached during SF package late update so it would attach all completed documents once the package has been updated instead of manually uploading to SF

Interactive AI avatar proposal for automated Q&A - Lemonslice
We’d love to see a direct integration with LemonSlice (or similar platform) to embed an AI avatar of the salesperson (using a photo) into each PandaDoc proposal. This interactive agent would:
Appear as the person sending the proposal
Answer customer questions in real time using proposal content as context
Help clarify details, reduce back-and-forth emails, and speed up decisions
The avatar would be automatically generated when a proposal is sent, using the document data and salesperson’s photo. Customers could then interact with it inside the proposal viewer - no extra links or tools needed.

Change the Due Soon Date on the Payments Tab
On the Payments Tab, I would like to change the "due soon" to reflect the next 28 days rather than the next 3 days. It would be great to be able to customize the due soon interval.
