  1. Embedded Editor: Conditional Required Signature Fields Based on Signer Presence

    In many workflows, at least one signer is always required (e.g., a company representative fills out information before the document goes to customers for signing). However, the number of customer signers can vary - sometimes there is only one, and other times there are two.

    Currently, if we mark Signer 2 as required, it creates a problem when there is no second signer. If we leave Signer 2 optional, the signature is not enforced when a second signer is present.

  2. Ability for SSO group-based provisioning to also apply to existing users on future logins

    Currently, SSO group-based provisioning in PandaDoc only applies during the initial user creation at first login and does not update group assignments on subsequent logins for existing users. We would like to request the ability for SSO group-based provisioning to also apply to existing users on future logins, so that group membership and related access can be dynamically updated based on IdP group changes.

    This enhancement would ensure that user access remains aligned with identity provider group assignments over time, reduce manual administrative updates, and improve overall access management accuracy and security.

  9. ID check: send a notification when the expected name and verified name are different

    Comment from the customer:
    I'm wondering, following your example, if we send the documento be signed by "Anna K", but later on the shown ID is from other person (Verified name) which is nothing related to Anna K, is there a way to detect that automatically?   11. Hide Stripe Surcharge in the document

    We’re currently using Stripe as our payment gateway for proposals sent through PandaDoc.

    At the moment, we don’t want to show credit card surcharges on the proposal itself (in the pricing table), but we still need to charge this fee when a client pays via card.

    Is it possible to edit or adjust the Stripe payment amount after the document is sent but before the funds settle, so we can apply the surcharge on the backend instead?

    Or is there a recommended way to apply a Stripe surcharge without including it visibly in the proposal pricing? Stripe says they do…

  12. [Notifications] Send completion alerts to internal stakeholders without giving document access

    Some documents—like HR or legal paperwork—may contain sensitive information that shouldn’t be visible to all parties. This request is for a feature that allows users to configure "FYI-only" notifications upon document completion. These recipients would receive a notification that a document has been completed, but would not be granted access to the document contents or record.

  17. the ability to change the "Creator" field that says PandaDoc.com in the metadata of the downloaded PDF

    when checking the metadata in the PDF it shows that it was created by PandaDoc and we need to see if it's possible to get that changed. If you could please raise a formal feature request on our behalf that would be appreciated. Having to use a 3rd party program to remove pandadoc branding from the metadata is frustrating.
