Update product images via CSV file that have the same image link but the images have been altered
Right now - catalog items that are updated via CSV with image links that have the same title, but the image has been altered, will not update the image correctly. They will remain as the old image - due to our image processing logic, we do not save the file again if a file with the same name already exists.
This request is for the image to update correctly - even if the file has the same name.

Email verification through passcode
The customer would like the ability to share a document for signature with a specific individual via a link. However, before the recipient can sign the document, they must first validate their email address by entering a code that is sent to their email.

[Bulk Send] Send more than 1000 documents in one hour.
Sending only 1000 documents per hour is frustrating as we need to send at minimum 22,000 documents out to parents for signatures. This means it essentially takes us 22 hours of work to send all of these documents, and with 8-hour working days, we are either working many overtime hours to send these docs, or having to spread it across 3+ days.
