Disable “Total Section Value” and “Total Contract Value” fields from auto showing on document when generating docs via HubSpot
When creating a document via HubSpot, the “Total Section Value” and “Total Contract Value” fields automatically show. Would like a way to disable this so that we don't have to hide them after generating the document.

The ability to show the original price struck through with the discounted amount below, and a separate “Unit Discount” line under each item. Do some customization to the Pricing Table. A way to create a custom column in the pricing table, and have that custom column reference Line Items from Hubspot.

Improvements to help manage approval workflows that contain invalid or removed users.
The system prevents a user from saving or enabling an approval workflow on a template if it contains inactive or unlicensed approvers but it is unclear why you can't save the workflow.
Some enhancements to improve this process would be:
Highlighting inactive users: The system should visually indicate which users in the workflow are no longer active or licensed.
Allowing partial saves: The ability to save a workflow even if it has invalid users, rather than blocking the entire action, would allow for easier troubleshooting and management.

Reduce Whitespace in Quote Builder
Our quote builder is set up like an excel document, and used to fit nicely on a single landscape excel page. With PandaDoc there is so much wasted space, and column text gets ultra skinny because you aren't able to reduce column and row margins enough.

Attached the second document to Pipedrive or CRM when the first document is completed.
Currently, when using the automation "Sending another document when PandaDoc document status changes", only the first document is attached to Pipedrive or in the CRM. But the second document should also be attached.

Pull/add existing products from catalog into Quote Builder
Currently, it's not possible to directly add existing products from your catalog into a Quote Builder via API (when creating documents via API with Quote Builder, all product information must be passed at the time of document creation, and products stored in PandaDoc cannot be used to populate Quote Builder)

Pricing table: Create a Net Price Total column
I have 500 items, and each has a net price and a gross price. This is self-evident, and even if I have 5, 10, or 200 items in my offer/invoice, my customer sees the price column (net price) but not the total, which is important information for my customer in B2B business; we are only talking about net prices. However, the subtotal is always the gross amount; in my opinion, it is not possible otherwise in your offer/invoice. However, I additionally need the net total.

Flexible Formatting in Quote Builder and UI Notifications When a Formatting Issue and Breaks CRM Sync
We use PandaDoc with HubSpot. Current formatting requirements are very rigid. Would be very helpful and improve readability for our customers if quotes could have simple flexibility such as US date formatting option, forward slash or period for dates instead of strictly hyphens, and commas allowed for numbers.
It would also be very helpful if a simple notification appeared in the UI when there is a sync error. We have had ongoing mysteries with our team that can take 30-45 minutes to track down sometimes because a simple value mismatch has occurred (e.g. a comma used in a number, date…

Credit & Rebate Products
For our use case, we have a package of products if you commit to the 2 products, we give them a credit or rebate. While in the product catalog we are able to add a negative or set up a discount in table, but we like to use it as a product to explain the discount better than just a flat % or Dollar Value.
It would be nice if we could have the rebate products in the product catalog that are negative dollar values do our sales team has these fixed credits available when they pick from the product…
