  1. I would like the ability to add images to the proposal in the Catalog fields. For instance, if a client wants a model for an upcoming event with a 1920s theme, I would like to add an image of the model in a 1920s dress to the proposal without altering the actual catalog entry.

    Summary:
    -Enable users to present two clean totals at the bottom of a quote— a final one‑time total that includes all applicable discounts and a separate recurring monthly total—without discount spillover between groups.

    Problem:
    -When a discount is applied at the total level in PandaDoc, it is distributed across the entire pricing table. This prevents users from showing a discounted one‑time total while keeping the monthly total unaffected. Current workarounds—such as splitting content into multiple pricing tables or quote builder blocks—do not resolve the core limitation because total‑level discounts cannot be allocated to only one of the…

  5. I think it would be great for the "Product bundle" to be optional. like we can set it up on the back end but it may not apply for everyone I am trying to sell. So if would be able to be toggled on and off

  6. Currently there are no options to set text alignment for quote builder headers and columns (left/center/right) resulting in sloppy looking tables when presenting quotes to customers.

    Adding this feature would help with visual appeal and make both PandaDoc and our company appear as if we have an eye for detail.

  8. Hi. I have a question regarding the quote block (not price table). If I insert a tax with currency/money value instead of percentage the calculation seems to be broken if I change the price of any quote item. There is no recalculation after changing a price. Instead, a correction of the percentage takes place. That's really bad UX and a major source of errors. Is there a trick to getting around it?

  12. I have an entertainment company in Las Vegas. I use PandaDocs to send out proposals to my clients. I utilize the catalog feature to organize the various talent, acts, and activations we offer to our clients. I’d like to suggest a few changes to the platform that would enhance my process and make it more efficient and user-friendly.

  14. When pushing data from HubSpot, if there is a line item without a discount (i.e.. $0.00), PandaDoc automatically changes the discount to a percentage for some reason. All line items are $$ amounts in HubSpot; this is happening on the backend. As a client-facing document, it looks unprofessional showing every other line item in $ and 1 line item in %. We have to manually change it to $ on every single document.

  20. The system prevents a user from saving or enabling an approval workflow on a template if it contains inactive or unlicensed approvers but it is unclear why you can't save the workflow.

    Some enhancements to improve this process would be:

    • Highlighting inactive users: The system should visually indicate which users in the workflow are no longer active or licensed.

    • Allowing partial saves: The ability to save a workflow even if it has invalid users, rather than blocking the entire action, would allow for easier troubleshooting and management.
