Custom columns are not hidden by default
When a custom column is created in the pricing table via the API call, it is hidden by default and you have to make it visible by going to the "Add column" button -> Select column in the pricing table. The feature request is to get this custom column visible by default

Support SMTP servers
I don't know if this is something Microsoft is doing, but it appears this way - I think Outlook recognises that the "from" address of the person sending the email is different from emails previously received from that person.
Can you please investigate, or suggest some ways to stop this from happening? For example, can we use our own Outlook SMTP server?

AutoSelect template based on SFDC field
Use a field in SFDC ( Template ID for example ) to specify which template should be automatically used in SDFC integration.
This should skip template select phase and go right to recipient role mapping

HubSpot: Push contacts birth dates and custom fields from Company Record
At the moment (25 August 2020) it is possible to pull only the following contacts fields when you create a document from Company record in Hubspot : first name, last name, email address, phone, company name, job title, street address, city, postal code, country, state/region. The feature request is to be able to push contacts date of birth & contacts custom fields when you create a document from the Company record in Hubspot

Better toggling between workspaces
They suggested that we remove the pop up in the middle of the screen and show all available workspaces when you initially open the side drawer. You could then click on the workspace or hover over and select the part of that workspace you would like to go directly into. For someone who frequently jumps in-between workspaces, I thought it could improve the current experience.

Format messages (new paragraphs, etc.) for documents sent via API
While sending the document via API, it there a way to format the message? or is there a way to use a saved message? Currently we are not able to format it like adding newlines and as a result the email comes out to be a large blob of text.

Search by Company
Martin would like to be able to search in the global search tool by company and find which and how many documents have been sent to that organization. Perhaps this could be a part of advanced reporting.
