Customize the expiration time, not only the date.
Customize the expiration time, not only the date. If I send a document at 14:37, I want it to expire at 23:59, not at 14:37. For example: I create a document at 14:37 on 01.12.2025. I want it to expire in 3 days. PandaDoc will now let it expire on 04.12.2025 at 14:37. But it does not make any sense to expire at this time. At our company all documents expire at midnight. I want to be able to customise the exact time of expiration, not only the date/day.

All customer email and communication needs to be part of the integration of PandaDoc and Hubspot.
we need the email correspondence from the PandaDoc signing process (both your sends and recipient replies) to be logged in the activity log of the customers Hubspot account. We log all customer communication in HubSpot and now these emails are missing from our records as they do not transfer over.

Allow Recipients to Self-Enroll in SMS Reminder Notifications
Currently, SMS reminders require recipients to receive a document or notification first, then opt in or provide initial consent to start receiving messages. And setting up delivery method is handled at the workspace or document level.
This feature would allow recipients to self-enroll for SMS notifications by texting “START,” to PandaDoc phone number even if the workspace default delivery method is set to email. Recipients could opt in for SMS as an additional channel without affecting the default email delivery. New Design & general feature parity on EU Server
Looking for feature parity between PandaDoc US and EU server. I was generally not available that templates are not available, the new design is not available, rooms, mobile app etc. are not available etc on the EU Server. We need the EU server for regulatory reasons, so it's vital that this option exists. But finding out that it seems to be a less maintained/delayed version of PandaDoc US is frustrating, as this was not mentioned during the sales process. I'm worried about what other limitations I will find.

The page break isn't accurate. When you download the document to a PDF, the page doesn't brake where it says in editing mode.

ID check: send a notification when the expected name and verified name are different

I'm wondering, following your example, if we send the documento be signed by "Anna K", but later on the shown ID is from other person (Verified name) which is nothing related to Anna K, is there a way to detect that automatically? PandaDoc to send notification messages about updates
PandaDoc has integration updates, which is something good. However, it will be of great help as well if there were a way for PandaDoc send Notification messages to clients like updates of mobile Devices.
This way, the clients can decide if they want to update or refrain and just choose to update at a later time

Exemplos:
1) uma pessoa pode receber mais de um documento (diferente) para assinar;
2) nossos técnicos precisam cobrar assinaturas de vários documentos, para vários usuários distintos, e a limitação de enviar os lembretes, está prejudicando esse procedimento.

Fix the New Navigation
The new navigation makes it so that what I used to be able to do in one click now takes multiple. When I log in, it takes me directly to my drafts, but I am not the one creating the drafts. In order to get to the team drafts, I have to click on Team Dashboard, then Drafts. If I click directly onto "Documents," the drafts are intermixed with the other document statuses and there is no option to just see the drafts. So then I have to click back to Home > Team Dashboard > Drafts.

[API] Create Session for Embedded Signing with Recipient Groups
It will be extremely time-consuming to utilize Pandadoc without this functionality, if possible at all.
Since we are relying on the Pandadoc API and Embedded Signing to integrate Pandadoc into our platform, we need to fulfill certain business needs. One of those needs is to allow for several users from a given organization the opportunity to sign a document. That means we do not know who from an organization will sign into our platform to make a signature.

Could we preserve field-to-role assignments when pages are duplicated—whether in a template or in a live document? Currently, When we are duplicating pages within a document, we noticed that fields that were assigned to different roles end up getting reassigned to a different or just one role.

HubSpot Cannot Process PandaDoc Webhooks
HubSpot requires Record ID's to be ingested as NUMBER type data.
PandaDoc currently sends custom Webhooks with a "linked_objects" header in the JSON payload, but this is a STRING.
When building a Custom Event or Webhook Receiver in a HubSpot Workflow, the build attempt will always fail because it cannot parse the STRING or coerce it to NUMBER, and results in a failure to finalize the webhook.

Feedback
From the documents view, when you hover over a specific document and click the menu that appears, when you go to click on CHANGE STATUS the menu quick shifts down one item so I have clicked ARCHIVE a bunch of times. This would be a nice fix to not have the menu change once it's opened.
