Automatically assign fields when signer is changed
Have the ability to assign the fields when the signer is changed. At the moment, when a document is in draft mode and the sender decides to change the signer (without Template Roles), the fields are changed to unassigned instead of assigning it to the new signer.

Manage Approval Groups Centrally
Please make it possible to manage approval groups from a central location.
We have 50 templates that have the same approval group. If an approver needs to be added or removed, you need to enter each template, and amend individually the approver groups.
It would be ideal to be able to simply apply an approver group per template or folder of templates.

webhooks to detect duplicated documents
I was wondering if the webhooks can detected dupilcated documents, I am trying to track when a duplicated documents and make a workflow and when I complete a duplicated document it doesn't seem to pick it up when I test the webhook.

API Standardized Naming for "Collect Files" Option
When using the "Collect Files" feature in a PandaDoc template, the uploaded file names are displayed on the signed document. These names often lack a standardized naming convention, which can appear unprofessional. We suggest either implementing a standardized naming format for these files or providing an option to attach files without displaying their names or details on the completed document.

Currently, the API defaults to a single reminder for sent documents. It would be highly beneficial to allow customization of the number of reminders within the template settings. Set a Date to Signing Date + X days AND exclude weekends and holidays
Please add the feature where you can set a date field to X BUSINESS days after the signing date. Right now it adds that number of days but we need the ability to exclude weekends and holidays.

audit trail in template
Audit Trail in the Version History of the Template. Show which component has been touched or removed or edited. Was it the signature block, the table, the variable X,Y,Z. Was it the Smart Content, the approval workflow, pre-assigned roles, the image, the header or whatever it is that was changed, accidentally or intentionally. I'm finding it annoyingly buggy that we had to disconnect and reconnect the integration a couple of time since getting this rolled out in May. Update Signing Order once document is sent via API
when I try using the endpoint and passing in a signing_order I do not see it reflected on the recipient. Being able to change the signing order programmatically is something that is important to us since, per our last call, we have decided that we are going to be hiding the recipients option and building our own custom recipients UI
