  3. It would be amazing to have a company cam integration. We use it extensively for our proposals and putting those images into pandadoc would be EXTREMELY helpful for visual proposals

  4. I have five dropdown fields with numeric values. I need to place another field that displays the average of those five dropdown fields. In Docusign, we achieved this with a formula field. I can't find the equivalent in PandaDoc. How would I display the average of those fields in PandaDoc?

  5. It would be nice if quote builder columns could be dynamically set to show/hide to end user utilizing the rules engine in workflows. We have multiple use cases where this is valuable: multi-year agreements with price fluctuations, multi-component dynamic true-up clauses.

  6. I need a way to have panda doc email a clients plans after they have completed the initial agreement and made a payment. The document would be unique for each customer, so we would have to setup the document that should be sent at the same time we are setting up the binder agreement. I feel like this is something I should already be able to do but cannot for the life of me see a way to do it.

  9. It is not possible to sort documents sent by RECIPIENT in the Documents View page - it is sorting by document name and all of my engagement letters have the same name so this is not helpful at all.

    I need to log in our task management system the letters that are sent and it would be SO much easier if the letters were sorted alphabetically by last name of recipient. The ability to search through filters does not help with what I need. The ability to sort by recipient last name would save an immense amount of time when…

  10. After the client completes their required fields and signs, we need the document to return to the original preparer so they can enter a contract start date and then sign. The key requirement is that this start date field must be technically locked and not editable by the preparer until after the client has executed the document.

    Have the need to prevent the creator from filling in fields prior to sending.

  12. When we build a proposal and export it to .docx, the formatting is terrible and our prospects can see additional details that were hidden on the original document. It looks fine if we export as PDF but our clients want it in word format.

  13. Currently if you export a pricing table to the content library and then reimport it into another template all of the formatting is messed with (it changed all text to a large incorrect font, made it bold and aligned it to the right!) either fix this or allow column-wide text formating for non-numerical cells in a pricing table so we can at least fix it quickly.

  14. Noticing that sometimes a user selects “Link” instead of “Email / SMS”. It tends to slow down our workflows if the creator doesn’t realize they selected link and would like to have the option to send via email even if the send via link is selected.

  17. Please rethink your Zapier pricing model. I've been using PandaDoc for years (from back when it was called QuoteRoller) and for a small business this is getting too expensive, and Google docs basically can handle all this for me.
    Please rethink your strategy for charging these Zapier-generated documents. It won't take Zapier users long to work out that they can do the same service automated in Google Docs, which doesn't charge a premium for documents generated from Zapier.
