  1. When a bundle document is signed, the recipientcompleted webhook returns pricing.tables[] with no reference to which section each table belongs to. The same gap exists in GET /documents/{id}/details. There's currently no way to cross-reference pricing tables back to their originating bundle section via the API.
    Request: Add a section
uuid field to each pricing table object in:

    recipientcompleted webhook — pricing.tables[].sectionuuid
    GET /public/v1/documents/{id}/details — pricing.tables[].section_uuid

  2. There is a major friction point when collaborating on a document and toggling between "Suggesting Mode" and "Editing Mode".

Currently, if a user makes several text suggestions in Suggesting Mode, but then needs to toggle into Edit Mode to make a structural change (such as adding a row to a table or adding a dependency), all prior unaccepted suggestions in the document are completely lost and wiped out.

Because suggestions are treated as temporary overlays, structural edits force a document re-render that deletes previous work. This forces users to either completely redo their suggestions or completely abandon Suggesting Mode in…

  3. Give us back the ability to edit expiration dates without editing and resending a document. This has always been a feature and now it was removed with the latest update with no warning. Your help bot and articles give bad/outdated info and the latest update article says nothing change besides the look but thats not true.

  5. When I select 'preview' on a form under the templates tab, it creates a new form, which is then deducted from my usage credits -- this is deceptive, as a preview shouldn't create a new form. A preview -- by description -- is supposed to show you what the page will look like when active, but not be active itself.
The usage credits are very expensive, so you need to warn people in advance that you can't preview a form without creating one, and that it will cost you a credit. I've wasted a bunch of credits on this, when…

  6. Now I would like to share a feature request that would significantly improve our experience with PandaDoc and, we believe, provide value to many corporate customers.

In certain document workflows, there are situations where one of the designated signers is either unwilling or unable to sign a document. However, the validity and legal effectiveness of the document are not affected by the absence of that particular signature. Typical examples include:

    Board resolutions
Other corporate governance documents where a predefined majority is sufficient for approval
Currently, PandaDoc does not provide a way to either:

Remove a signer after the document has…

  7. Increase save time - more than 6 months
An extended or searchable audit history would improve traceability, accountability, compliance, and troubleshooting by allowing administrators to review document activity beyond the current retention window. Ideally, organisations could configure the retention period based on their business or compliance requirements.

  10. It would be extremely valuable if the audit log retained historical data for longer than the current retention period.

Currently, if a document was deleted or archived more than six months ago, there is no way to identify who performed the action or when it occurred. This makes investigating historical issues or responding to customer queries difficult.

An extended or searchable audit history would improve traceability, accountability, compliance, and troubleshooting by allowing administrators to review document activity beyond the current retention window. Ideally, organisations could configure the retention period based on their business or compliance requirements.

Or set a timeline of your choosing
Or manually delete from the archive

  12. In the new editor experience (Project Delta), the option to remove unfilled CRM variables and display them as blank is only available during the Review & Send flow. When a user downloads a PDF directly — without going through the send flow — unfilled variables render as visible placeholder text (e.g., {{WorkOrder_c}}). This was not the behavior in the previous editor, where unfilled variables appeared blank on download automatically.

  14. Many customers need to make updates to templates on an annual or monthly basis and at the moment the best option is to duplicate the template and make the changes ahead of the deadline, then transition and train all users to use the new templates on the day of deadline. It would be great to schedule updates to templates ahead of time to go live on a specific date for the existing template that the users are already familiar with using. This would save the rush to update and swap templates within a tight turnaround as well as reduce the…

  15. The Certificate of Signature should also indicate whether the document signed by the recipient included any attachments at the time of signing. If attachments were present, the certificate must display the attachment's name and relevant details.
This ensures full transparency for the recipient, confirming that any attachments were part of the original document from the start — and were not added after the signing was completed. This protects the recipient from unknowingly signing a document that may have had files appended without their knowledge.

  20. The classic PandaDoc experience has been a reliable part of our day-to-day workflow. Since being migrated to the new editor, several pain points have significantly impacted productivity: there are too many steps in the document creation flow, and the overall experience feels choppy and disjointed. The new experience does not feel efficient for the team's volume of work. We would like to request the option to permanently retain the classic PandaDoc experience, or at the very least have the migration cutoff extended beyond Q3 2026 so that there is more time to adjust before being fully transitioned.
