  1. The ability to sign the form from our end electronically through PandaDoc after we have received the signed copy back from the client. This will save us from having to print out each signed document and hand sign and then scan it and send it back to the client signed from our end.

  14. We use the "Transfer data to" option to copy info from a quote to an invoice. We really need to reference the original quote number (for us, uses the Document Sequence Number & some HubSpot variables) to the invoice so the customer knows what quotation they are paying for with the invoice. It would be great to be able to define a "transferable element" as part of a template... i.e. be able to define within the template that if the document is created from a "Transfer data to" option, populate a variable using that info.

  15. Currently, it is not possible to the date of birth contact token as it does not keep the correct date formatting. It should be possible to use the default date of birth contact property in HubSpot as a variable in Panda Doc

  18. Customer needs a way for Legal team member that is CC'd on document to be able to approve/reject any edits suggested by recipient without having to be the sender of the document. 'Send As' feature is clunky and requires too many different procedural steps. Need a way to SELECT who will approve/reject edits and CAN be someone who is added to document and not the Sender.

  20. Current size limit for automation of completed files to auto save in SFDC is 12MB. This causes problems for customers with larger files to upload. ONLY option is to manually upload into SFDC.
