  1. Some customers are working with the contract end date, which doesn't necessarily is the same as the document's expiration date. The option to set up tasks, even manually, would be useful so that our users don't forget to, for example, follow-up with the customer after the contract ends. Such a task should also result in sending an email notification to the chosen email address.

  2. I use PandaDoc to share forms that require partner signatures before I can submit it. A due date for the partner's signature, with the ability to send auto reminders if it's not signed within 24 hours of the due date, would be really helpful.

  5. The recipient view displays the total number of required fields in the document, regardless of whether they have already been populated. For example, if a document contains 20 required fields and 18 are pre-filled via the API, the counter still displays "20 fields required."

    Proposed Improvement: Update the counter to reflect only the incomplete required fields. In the scenario above, the UI should dynamically update to show "2 fields remaining."

    For customers who pre-populate the majority of their document data via API, the current counter is misleading and potentially impacts completion rates as recipients think they need to complete more…

  7. Adding a required approval step first before any invoice in QuickBooks is created or sent:
    - Continue sending quotes via PandaDoc
    - Require internal approval before invoice creation
    - Prevent automatic sending of invoices until approval is completed

  10. Create an API endpoint or webhook that triggers based on individual field completion or real-time page navigation.

    we're looking for some way of better tracking how far along someone's getting with a document. Right now it's split into 10 key requirements, so we thought maybe that's a better way of tracking progress within a document

  17. Feature Request Description:

    Summary:
    -Enable users to present two clean totals at the bottom of a quote— a final one‑time total that includes all applicable discounts and a separate recurring monthly total—without discount spillover between groups.

    Problem:
    -When a discount is applied at the total level in PandaDoc, it is distributed across the entire pricing table. This prevents users from showing a discounted one‑time total while keeping the monthly total unaffected.   19. The current product library sync does not completely solve for how end users would actually need the feature to work. It only provides a one-time sync: when a new product is created from our HubSpot product catalog it syncs that new product to our PandaDoc product catalog, but does not sync ever again. In a live environment, product details, pricing, etc. are updated throughout the year, and when those existing products are modified in HubSpot, the changes do not reflect in PandaDoc.
