  5. Bi-weekly option for recurring payments in documents. Currently you can only select either Weekly, Monthly, and Annually for recurring payments on the Document.

  6. Allow workflow: "First signer completes → Document comes to you for approval → After you approve → Second signer receives it."

    I am currently only being able to Approve the document before sending it, not between the first and second signer

  8. Content Library items are not carried over when sharing templates across workspaces. When we share a template to another workspace, the Content Library elements inside that template do not transfer automatically. As a result, we must either (a) manually share each Content Library item or (b) recreate all missing items in the other workspace. This creates additional work and increases the risk of inconsistencies.

  10. Customize the expiration time, not only the date. If I send a document at 14:37, I want it to expire at 23:59, not at 14:37. For example: I create a document at 14:37 on 01.12.2025. I want it to expire in 3 days. PandaDoc will now let it expire on 04.12.2025 at 14:37. But it does not make any sense to expire at this time. At our company all documents expire at midnight. I want to be able to customise the exact time of expiration, not only the date/day.

  11. we need the email correspondence from the PandaDoc signing process (both your sends and recipient replies) to be logged in the activity log of the customers Hubspot account. We log all customer communication in HubSpot and now these emails are missing from our records as they do not transfer over.

  12. Currently, SMS reminders require recipients to receive a document or notification first, then opt in or provide initial consent to start receiving messages. And setting up delivery method is handled at the workspace or document level.

    This feature would allow recipients to self-enroll for SMS notifications by texting “START,” to PandaDoc phone number even if the workspace default delivery method is set to email. Recipients could opt in for SMS as an additional channel without affecting the default email delivery. This would give signers more flexibility, for example if they are away from the office, and help accelerate document signing…

  14. Looking for feature parity between PandaDoc US and EU server. I was generally not available that templates are not available, the new design is not available, rooms, mobile app etc. are not available etc on the EU Server. We need the EU server for regulatory reasons, so it's vital that this option exists. But finding out that it seems to be a less maintained/delayed version of PandaDoc US is frustrating, as this was not mentioned during the sales process. I'm worried about what other limitations I will find.

    I'm wondering, following your example, if we send the documento be signed by "Anna K", but later on the shown ID is from other person (Verified name) which is nothing related to Anna K, is there a way to detect that automatically? In other words, basically, that expected name and verified name are different

A mesma pessoa pode precisar assinar mais de um documento, diferente, por dia, e essa restrição de assinatura está impactando negativamente o andamento de nossas tarefas.

  20. The new navigation makes it so that what I used to be able to do in one click now takes multiple. When I log in, it takes me directly to my drafts, but I am not the one creating the drafts. In order to get to the team drafts, I have to click on Team Dashboard, then Drafts. If I click directly onto "Documents," the drafts are intermixed with the other document statuses and there is no option to just see the drafts. So then I have to click back to Home > Team Dashboard > Drafts.
