  1. As per client - "We have our pandadoc linked to the quote object in salesforce and it has been working fine"
    When Import from CRM was still available, client can can use this button when linking/creating documents from Quote. After modifying this feature (now Refresh data), it doesn't work anymore. Client wants this feature to be available in Quotes object not just in Opportunity

  2. The ability to set up a code in PandaDoc, wherein you can change the format of tokens in PandaDoc without changing the format of tokens in HubSpot.

    Example:
    The value token in HubSpot is lower case but you set that the value is pulled in all caps to PandaDoc

  4. Currently, when you create a quote, only the description of the main item is visible, while the descriptions of bundled items are hidden. It would be great to have an option to make the description of each bundled item visible as well.

  14. Expected behaviour: we are able to trigger the retry of a failed webhook via an API request.

    Example use case: an application site has a period of downtime during which a bunch of webhooks fail to be received and processed. Application admins want to retry all webhooks that failed during the downtime window programmatically.

    Manual retrying is time-consuming and prone to errors. Being able to write a script to handle orderly retrying, stale status checking, and recording of the results makes admins more efficient and happier.

  15. Currently, you can only add conditional rules for fields based on dropdown, radio, or checkbox fields contained within the document. I would like to set up a rule that requires signature based on a custom variable that is populated by a smart form.

    Our staff members fill out a smart form which generates a registration document for students receiving state financial assistance for a class. If the class is one of our programs that requires a background check, we want the student to sign and authorize the background check on the form, along with signing other acknowledgements.
