When creating a document via HubSpot, the “Total Section Value” and “Total Contract Value” fields automatically show. Would like a way to disable this so that we don't have to hide them after generating the document.

A way to create a custom column in the pricing table, and have that custom column reference Line Items from Hubspot.

Zoho 2-way sync: update fields
We really want to be able to update deal or quote fields with what they fill out on the deal, this is helpfull for are team to know if billing or shipping change on the quote. Without it our teams needs to manual check with what they have inputed in.

Automatically remove empty space created by smart content blocks when no conditions are met
When there are multiple smart content blocks on one page, and one of them has no conditions met, it leaves a blank space on the page. Would like to see a feature that automatically pushes the content from the pages below up into the empty space that was created by the empty, smart content block.

I would like to share a detailed review of the most recent PandaDoc updates, specifically regarding navigation between folders while editing documents and catalog items.
After the latest update, I noticed that whenever I close a document I am editing, the system automatically redirects me back to the main folder of the workspace — instead of returning to the exact folder where that document is stored. Autovalidation of minimum field size
Date fields (or any field type) should not be resizable smaller than the minimum required to display the data. It does not make sense that I can add a date field, but size it small enough that I can't actually read the date. If the field requires entering the day, month, and year to the field, I should not be able to de-size the field to the point that I can't see part of that date.
Otherwise, if there are use-cases where de-sizing it and obstructing the field is useful, there should be a lock/unlock option on fields so you…

Ability to connect any Workspaces to another SF org
The current build is that you can only connect any WS under one (1) PD org to 1 SF org. If there are other SF org, then the client will have to purchase another PD account.

Allow user to pass document validity period from Salesforce
We have to set the quote validity on the document so the customer is aware. We have a standard document expiration time on our templates. However, the salesperson can change the validity as the need arises. So if they change it from the standard, the validity promised to the customer and the validity on the document will not be consistent.
We try to limit the number of changes a salesperson has to make on a PandaDoc document once generated, to help save them time. Asking them to remember to change the document validity on the PandaDoc document does not work…

Option to display the Deal Stage or Document Status in the Automations tab
When multiple identical automations are enabled at the template level, there’s no indication of which specific stage or status each one affects. For example, if I need to update the automation that triggers when the status changes to “Approved,” how am I supposed to identify the right one? At the moment, the only option is to open each automation individually to see whether it’s the one I need.

Reporting: Increase the date range for the Monitoring tab in Dev Center
Increase the date range, as we can only check up to 14 days in the Monitoring tab. A year range would be ideal, as account cycles are Annual.
