  3. If we create a room for our larger clients (which may be upwards of 500 rooms), we of course would build those rooms from a template with a landing page to introduce the client to our products and to help them navigate the portal. But what happens when we need to update the information in the room i.e. we have a change of process or need to add a new document to all 500 rooms? Do we have to make those changes manually one by one or are there bulk update features available?

  5. When using variables in the template name it can make it difficult to know which template to use especially if the name is only a string of variables. It would be helpful to be able to name the template one thing but still have the document name populated with the variables.
    Example Below:
    Template Name: Recurring Subscriptions Full Quote
    Document Name: {Company Name] [Create Date]

  6. The Uidad de fomento currency is called UF. CLF is not an alternative. PandaDoc only shows CLF which is not the same. All contracts in Chile are made in UF. Could you please include this alternative?

  9. We are wondering if it's possible to have the Line Items from HubSpot populate our PandaDoc Quotation in our specified order. We have a standardised system and are using category conditional logic where we input items into corresponding categories, but we would like to have a bit more flexibility in terms of specifying an order of those line items in our pricing table because as of now it's transferring those items in a random order.

  11. We now have a Workspace default which is nice to have but it would be better if the Workspace Default could work as a Default in the Workspace.

    1. In forms - If you create a form without the "Attach PDF" enabled, once the form is created and even after enabling the "Attach PDF " in Workspace default. There will never be a PDF attached solely because the form was created without the option being enabled.

  15. Currently, the PandaDoc and HubSpot integration only functions at the Deal level. We need this to sync not only at the Deal level but also at the Contact level. For example, the automation currently only attaches the completed file if the document was sent through a Deal, but it does not work when sending documents from a Contact record.

  18. The only option to share email notifications to a (Shared email) is to add the email to a cc on the template/document level. I would be nice to have an option to select where the email notification will be received. Like a shared email address

  20. At the moment you can only request the second payment on split payments after a period of time. We don't necessarily know when the payment is due as it's due on job completion. Could this be added as a manual trigger where we can request the payment to the customer?
