  6. Is it possible to create one quote using multiple deals? What I’m curious about is if a PandaDoc quote allows you to include all of the products from multiple HubSpot deals to appear in the editable pricing table of a single quote? Rather than creating separate quotes for each deal.

  7. Bundling documents is great, however, the organization of selecting documents is not. We should have access to our template folders for document selections. The search box works, but for quicker selection, we should be able to see our template folders.

  13. Currently the owner of the incoming document is the one connected with Zapier. It would be powerful to allow Zapier to select which user the document will be assigned to in the case of sales representatives, etc. In a larger organization, it is unrealistic to have a designated Zapier connection for every representative. In Zapier, a lookup table would perform the user mapping, and could pass the email of the user in.

  15. When entering an email address incorrectly, the user should be able to make a change to the Contact in the Contacts area, and it should allow for that email address to correct for the Recipient in a live or open document. Currently, it does not make that change, which results in the user needing to a.) Add another recipient, changing signer status to the new recipient, and deleting the incorrect recipient, or b.) starting over with a new document if A fails, which it currently is with a bug in the system.

  18. The customer would like to have an expiration date separate for each signer. For example, if the first signer has to sign within a week because of company policy, and then there would be a second expiration date for the second signer.

  19. It would be great to be able set up a personalised message for each client about their upcoming renewal in a similar way to the message that you can set up when you send a document. It would make the customer's comms and experience better and encourage a renewal action.
