I support this request. Working with images in the PandaDoc editor is time-consuming. If I want to move an image to a certain position, I have to use padding/margins instead of selecting the image and moving it around.
Next, I have to break the page into several text blocks before I can use an image block (like a signature) the way I like it to use.

This same improvement request has been reiterated several times in other feature requests, you may find it is more highly voted.

The currently in ability to crop and image that has been uploaded, sometimes impacted by the template is not seamless, add time and requires different programs to get the one workflow completed. I suspect this would really save time for sales teams who don't want to spend time editing in one program to upload into another..

This is a necessary future if PandaDoc wants document creation to be sticky for the users within the platform. Limited image manipulation is very restricting. Images can't be cropped to match a certain sized block - this is a must-have feature in my opinion.

For us this is critical as we use icons in our doc. We drop in several per page and they need to be resized consistently.

Need to implement this. I wanted to rotate a diagram landscape and couldn't.

I also have the same issue with Canva, as it imports Landscape designs as Portrait and I cannot crop the grey background out.

one use case is when you use the Canva integration, it will add the image as a rectangle even though the file I am pulling is a square in canva. I need to be able to crop this on the PandaDoc side.

The sizing of the image should have a number or scale so users can uniformly size the image to every documents.

He wants to be able to change the opacity on the image in the middle only.
I think we can change the opacity of a background image on the cover page, but not of a single image that is added.

Let you lock image sizes and replace images, and also resize in all directions. Absolutely ridiculous that feature isn't available on a document creation software.

I had already asked months ago if someone can add a feature to search for and change status within a document instead of looking in the documents list and that was not done. I was suggested to today by a rep to add this idea. Please consider it. It's not convenient to have to sift through a list to change status. ALSO, please consider adding rotate photo feature to photo documents. Clients send us photos of their signed docs that they cannot sign electronically due to no computer or lack of computer love and knowledge... it would be so much more convenient to have the rotate photo function so I wouldn't have to use another program to fix the photo. Please let's try to think smarter here and get some more functional fixes to little inconveniences like this.

I'm getting regular feedback from my teammates that they need to do all editing before uploading an image which is time consuming - and I agree. In theory editing an image before uploading sounds OK. However, once the image is uploaded and inserted onto the page the size/shape/colour doesn't aesthetically work with the text or page layout and requires last minute cropping, rotating or re-colouring to look professional. To fix this, we need to edit the source image on our computer, crop, save, re-upload and hope we got the dimensions right. If it's still not quite right, we rinse and repeat until it works. If we could crop/resize/reshape/recolour within a document the time saved would be a game changer for users. This functionality is something we take for granted in applications such as PowerPoint, InDesign or Canva.
